Our practice has currently suspended travel appointments. We are recommending our patients to attend a private travel vaccination clinic, or a pharmacy offering travel healthcare services, at least 8 weeks before you're due to travel.
If you have internet access, you can access your vaccine history to take with you via the NHS App. Those of you without the internet can phone or visit the GP practice for a print out of your existing UK vaccinations.
If you have any records of your vaccinations, let us know what you have had previously to keep your medical records up to date..
Some vaccines need to be given well in advance to allow your body to develop immunity. Please help us by planning ahead for travel health advice.
