Parking at the practice is limited, so staff and patients who live near enough are encouraged to walk or cycle to the practice.
We try and encourage patients and staff to use public transport when it is possible. Timetables are available at the practice.
Patient transport has changed recently so if you are booking transport for a hospital appointment then it is likely you will be asked a number of questions to see if you qualify for patient transport.
Once you have answered these questions if you are unhappy with the outcome we would suggest that you contact PALS (The Patient Advice and Liaison Service) on Freephone 08000320202.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It's fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals.
