Mission Statement

Hulme Hall Medical Group - where patient care comes first

We are required by law to have a mission statement. It is used to describe our aims as a practice. CQC, when they inspect us, will expect us to demonstrate this.

Our practice is part of the NHS. We are funded by public money. We are public servants and our patients pay the taxes that fund us. We work for the patients.

By law we must spend public money wisely and be efficient. Our patients would expect this.

We must be responsive to the needs of our patients and involve them in decisions. Our PPG group is crucial to this but we also must show responsiveness to complaints and events where things go wrong.

We must be open and honest at all times.

Above all though we must care. Our patients must feel that the practice cares about them and for them.

These crucial factors will only show in a practice that cares about itself, where we are proud of what we do and where we act with professionalism always.

Even if you enjoy good health, you will probably need our services at some time. This website tells you the way we run our practice and the full range of services that are available to you.

We work from two surgery premises, our main surgery is Hulme Hall Medical Group - Cheadle Hulme.  We also have a branch surgery Hulme Hall Medical Group - Handforth.

Both surgeries have ramps for wheelchair access. Please inform the receptionist when you make your appointment if you require any assistance into the surgery from your vehicle and they will be pleased to help you.
