Excellent prompt service. I sent a request for my 93yr old mother with dementia to have a review of an intermittent cough. I was requesting for middle of the week, I was telephoned same day by a very kind receptionist offering to bring my Mother in the same day and offered a time to suit. My Mother was seen by a very kind GP registrar who gave my Mother a though check up,also gave an x-ray request for a chest x-ray and arrange a blood test.

Once again I have received very good care from this practice. I had a telephone appointment with a Dr. who was very helpful she referred me to the on site physiotherapist Steve. At my appointment with him I felt at ease. He asked me numerous questions about my problem, gave me a thorough examination and gave me a list of appropriate exercises. He gave me the opportunity to ask him anything. At all times I was treated with kindness and respect.

Had an appointment for a ECG and blood test.
I arrived early and was seen at my appt time, after some intisl tests, I was given an ECH followed by a blood test. Both results were given to me within 24 hrs which is great.

The GP - Dr Clark - had prepared well before the consultation.
She was extremely patient and understood that I needed a little bit of time to formulate my thoughts and articulate as clearly as I could. I realise I am a complex patient because I have a number of health issues and I’m on several medications. Dr. Clark was aware of this and took everything into account when she gave her advice and subsequent referral. She was very clear and succinct and I had every confidence in her. She was very pleasant during the consultation.

My GP practise, Hulme Hall Medical Group, is staffed by dedicated people who really have my best interests at heart. I am able to see a specific doctor each time so I receive continuity of care. Dr. Cotton really knows about me and my conditions and has been able support me throughout. This practise goes the extra mile and all the staff treat me with kindness and respect. The reception staff in particular are friendly and welcoming, I consider myself to be very lucky having such a dedicated team looking after me.

I’ve been registered with this GP since 2021. All of mine and my daughter’s issues have been dealt with in a timely and sensitive nature.
All the GPs I have seen, have been professional and shown empathy. Whilst my daughter’s issue is still ongoing they have taken all the steps which have helped in identifying a cause.
I don’t ever feel like I’m not taken seriously and they always provide a response to any medical request I have. I would like to thank the team for being caring and looking out for the both of us.

Attentive and helpful GP both over the phone that concluded in an ‘in person’ appointment later that day with a GP who was just as helpful and responsive as the first. I felt like I had received exceptional service from them - I just hope the private sector company that they have been obliged to refer me to for a scan are a fraction as efficient and helpful (I doubt it). My experience was amazing from start to finish.
The lady on reception phoned me within an hour of me making the enquiry. She was polite, reassuring and extremely professional. She also phoned again later to inform me of delays which really helped with my son’s anxiety around Drs as we were able to arrive later.
The GP we saw was amazing with Harry! Even though she was running behind it really felt like she had all the time in the world for us. She was amazing with Harry and really came down to his level! It was such a positive experience. Thank you so much

All questions and concerns answered in a very thorough way. I had gone in with several linked concerns and my GP was very patient, caring and professional. Very pleased with how well the concerns were dealt with. Follow ups and actions taken. I could not have asked for a higher regard to my situation and well being.

All the doctors who look after us in this practice are very caring. Sympathetic and lovely. The website is easy to use and we always get a very speedy response. When we want to see a doctor in person we always get an appointment quickly. The appointments always give us plenty of time to talk to the doctor. Hulme Hall is the best GP practice I have ever known. The receptionists are lovely too.

Put in a request online , received a phone call within an hour offering me an appointment , saw a gp within 2 hours of the call , was seen , examined and left with a prescription which I collected on way home so I could start treatment immediately. Great service !

My son was seen as a temporary patient very quickly and efficiently whilst he was staying in Cheadle Hulme with my mum. The GP assessed him and acted quickly to commence him on correct treatment so as not to delay anything before his return home. I really appreciate everything that was done and wish this surgery was the one we could use back home as it is a million times better than any care we have ever received elsewhere.

I’ve been seeing by a lovely lady (physiotherapist). She was absolutely amazing and professional lady who gave me lots of useful advice about my pain management and she did the necessary referrals for my Gp.

The response to my on- line request was quick ( under an hour I think) and so too an appointment with the doctor. The consultation was excellent and thorough leading to a blood test and successful result subsequently at Macclesfield hospital . Filled in online form at 8 am . Receptionist phoned at 9 am to get me an appointment for 11am . Dr Barnett was great , really helpful and friendly. Antibiotics prescribed for chest infection. Great service .

Well I sent a request in for a n appointment and within two working days I was seen, the Dr that saw me was personable interested and knowledgeable about my situation.
The Dr suggested a pathway to follow and further appointments which were arranged the same day. I felt completely comfortable withe the process. Dr Yarnell was exceptional
