75+ Spring Booster Jab
Calling all patients aged 75+ for their Spring Booster.
We will be contacting housebound patients to arrange their vaccination.
There is no need to not contact the surgery;
Please book your Spring Booster via NHS England or attend Trinity Methodist Church, 351 Bramhall Lane, Stockport, SK3 8TP or find a walk-in Centre
Scorah Chemist, Trinity Methodist Church, Trinity Gardens, 351 Bramhall Lane, SK3 8TP is open: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm, for booked appointments and walk ins.
Please avoid parking on surrounding grass verges and park considerately on neighbouring roads.
It’s important that residents can gain easy access to and from their homes.
