MyMFT is an exciting online portal and mobile app created for Manchester Foundation Trust patients across all 10 of their hospitals.
Once a patient has registered with MyMFT, you will be able to access your appointment details, letters and other medical information about any medical care received at a Manchester Foundation Trust hospital site or service, both quickly and securely.
