Dear Patients

Hulme Hall Medical Group will close for Staff training from 1pm on Wednesday 27th September 2023

The surgery will re-open on Thursday 28th September as normal.

In the meantime, patients who require a doctor’s attention for clinical/life threatening emergencies should telephone NHS111 or 999

We want to emphasize the importance of this training, which includes basic life and fire training.

1. **Patient Safety**: Our top priority is your safety and well-being. Staff training ensures that our team is prepared to respond effectively to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fires, that may occur within the practice. This training equips us with the knowledge and skills to handle these situations swiftly and efficiently.

2. **Quality of Care**: Training sessions help our staff stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and protocols in healthcare. This ultimately leads to a higher standard of care and better outcomes for our patients.

3. **Compliance**: Training ensures that our practice remains compliant with regulatory requirements and standards. This not only protects our patients but also helps us maintain our professional integrity.

4. **Team Cohesion**: Training sessions provide an opportunity for our staff to work together, reinforce their teamwork, and build a stronger, more cohesive team. This, in turn, enhances the overall patient experience.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and appreciate your understanding. Our commitment to your safety and the quality of care we provide drives us to invest in staff training regularly.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We look forward to continuing to serve you with the highest level of care.

Many Thanks,

Hulme Hall Medical Group management.
