Test Results
If investigations are arranged by either the doctor or a nurse, please ensure that you understand how to check the results.
Telephone
An enquiry to reception will tell you if the result is available and whether or not you need to see the doctor again. In you have internet access, you can request your results via accuRx or the NHS App. Alternatively, please telephone for your results after 11am when the lines are less busy.
SMS
Ask your doctor/Nurse or Healthcare assisitant to recieve your blood results by sms messaging. Your blood results will be text straight to your phone with the results. Make sure you check your mobile number with reception.
Online
You can now register for online access to your medical records. If you are regsitered online you will be able to log onto patient access and access your results online.
